The memberships are designed to help you achieve a healthy mind and body through an extensive range of exclusive content, including monthly nutrition recipes with planners and shopping lists, recorded yoga sequences, meditations, positive affirmations, and themes articles on health and wellness.

I hold multiple weekly classes you can get involved in. These range from an over 55's class to ball stablity classes. There's no weekly commitment, simply book the classes you want to attend.

My courses are designed to cater to all individuals, regardless of their backgrounds or levels of experience, and are aimed at providing practical tools and insights to help you live a more fulfilling life.
I frequently host events around the midlands, focusing on healthy eating, yoga and walks. Sometimes I'll hold a yoga class by a beautiful lake so we can absorb the peace that nature has to offer, or we'll go for a walk through the ever-changing hills in Bolton.
I've done one off workshops focusing on "Letting go" or our "Inner Child" or "Inner Peace", reflecting on past times and accepting what we can't change - like little therapy session without all the talking. My events are always good fun and a great place to meet like-minded people. You don't need to be an experienced yogi to join, they are accessable to everyone regardless of your ability or skills.
My retreats provide a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, offering you the chance to unwind and recharge from everyday stresses. We'll be practicing yoga and taking leisurely walks in the serene surroundings, with sessions in the morning and evening, along with relaxation exercises after dinner. All levels are welcome so no need to feel intimidated if you're new to yoga. I also have different focused retreats like my mens only relaxation weekend filled with kayaking, wild swimming and walks around picturesque lakes - perfect for nature lovers!
Our monthly recipe packs contain a minimum of 15 easy-to-prepare & cook recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautifully crafted with easy-to-buy ingredients. The packs come with a complete shopping list and monthly planner for a whole month of healthy eating. A new pack will be added to your online subscription every 30 days along with bonus videos and additional food-related content.
