Intrigued? Here’s what to do next…
It does not matter if you are young or old, male or female – if you are not happy on your life’s journey – then why not invest a few minutes to complete the goal setting questionnaire to work out which areas to focus on. I will then review this and send you my thoughts. We can book an 15 minute free consultation to discuss your results and go through the journey I think will help you. There is absolutely no pressure to continue if you don’t feel the course is the right fit for you. At the end of the day, this is your journey and you decide who joins you on that path.
If you decide to stay and commit to the full 8 hour plan, it’s at this point I will ask for payment. There are payment plans in place incase you are not in a position to pay the amount in full at the time. I won’t ask for proof as to why you want to go down the payment plan route, it’s there as an option as I understand money is even more valuable than ever in this financial climate. Once (first) payment has been given, you will then automatically be enrolled onto the BODY membership, signed up to the Live Yoga Nidra sessions (every Wednesday at 9pm) and your FREE Get Up Keep Going Journal will be posted to you (this is limited to one journal per person).
This is where the journey begins, each week we will touch base keeping you on the right path to your new destination and improved lifestyle.

testimonial
“Came to Sharon Bailey – Get up keep going because I had worked with her for about 10 years. I knew her liked her but most of all I trusted her.
I was suffering from headaches generally feeling unwell and had totally lost my connection and confidence and mentally was not in a great place. Covid had really taken it’s toll on me and stripped me of my confidence.
She was great, I booked on the 8 week/hours course with her she really helped and supported. She became my go to person and friend. The psychological support and advice was brilliant. She got me back up and out and actually
enjoying exercise even though I had never liked it. My lifestyle choices changed naturally and I loved it, I even started swimming and I bloody bought a bike. I lost weight and I felt much better even after my first session. Each week I could fit the session around me – but she was always available to Get me up and keep me going.
I would definitely recommend Sharon to anyone, she is personable, trustworthy, likeable and extremely knowledgeable and the best bit, she doesn’t rip people off. I will continue on my journey with Sharon as I know I have someone that is only wanting the best for me and fully understand why she has kept clients for over 20 years.”

success story
Celebrating the success of a determined woman in her mid-70s who wanted to do the 8 mile My Memories Walk for Bolton Hospice less than 4 months after a total knee replacement.
Maryfaith booked on my 8 hour course and the first session was 4th August. We assessed her, did exercises to help strengthen her knee & discussed the importance of good nutrition. We put a plan in place for everyday until we met again on 18th. In those 2 weeks she had come on leaps & bounds by following the plan – walking, swimming & working out at the gym. We reset her program & notched up the exercise. As the date for the sponsored walk approached, MaryFaith was anxious but used the help, support & encouragement I offered with my 8 hour Get Up & Keep Going programme.
I set her a target to walk for 1 hour non stop & catch bus back home. She did 3 miles. Oh what an achievement!
On the 13th we walked for 6.5 miles up & down hill it was hard but she had done all the training and the event was fast approaching. OMG what have I done? Panic began to set in. We discussed the importance of fueling the body & resting for a day or 2 before & after the event. She was encouraged by me repeatedly telling her ‘You’ve got this!’
She walked the full 8 miles & raised over £400 for Bolton Hospice. Way to go MaryFaith!
